I actually was lucky to see the RHCP on this very tour in March 2003 in the Sportpaleis in Atnverp (Belgium). It was my 2nd favourite concert of all times after the Depeche Mode Violator tour...
The vebue is some sort of old sportsi indoors stadium with wooden floors on the steps. So you can imagine when about 30.000 people are banging with their feet on this floor with excitement, i still get goose bumps when i think about it. Please, please make a come back, a new album and a new tour with a european leg!! or whatever, i would even fly to the US if i had too.... I am just a harcore fan of John.
I am still not over the fact that i missed the much anticipated Pearl jam concert in Toronto on August 21, but that's life, but i am going to get you to one day, i HAVE too.
Those were the sounds of my teenage years, the whole grunge phase, sonic youth, alince in chains, soundgarden, rage against the machine, ....
